BREADZ

I bought these two little yummies the other day at the little bakery Breadz down the stairs and just up a ways on Rue St. Jean.

One is Citron on the left which is like a lemon tart. I found this one light and yet quite tart, more so than expected, it was refreshing, and surprising! An unexpected Zip! A definite success!

The other was chocolate, it was rich and creamy, not too thick like a fudge, not to creamy like a custard or pudding.. The consistency was nice, the taste rather pleasant. It was very good. But after the surprise of the Citron, the Chocolate was a bit disappointing.... yet still it was good, just not... AS good... all agreed... all that is but the 4 year old. Surprises are NOT for him.

I cut the two small tarts into small pieces that we might have quite the taste testing. Each person could have more than one piece each if necessary, and this way, we might analyze and discuss the attributes of each Tart...
