Lovely Log
1 Stick of Chavre cheese
2-3 Tomatoes diced small
2 Cloves pressed garlic
6 T finely chopped fresh basil
1 cup olive oil (Possibly more)
pinch Freshly ground pepper
In a bowl mix olive oil, basil, and garlic, allow to rest.
Allow cheese to soften to room temperature. Pour oil mixture over cheese.
Add tomatoes, on top.
Serve with fresh vegetables, or Panini, or bagle chips

S.T. just made this for guests at her home, she called to say it was a hit, and she's making more for friends she's dining with this week! That is 3 times in two weeks that she's made the Lovely Log, I think it's a HIT! Bon Appetite!
